Executive Function Development Supports Task Initiation

Do you find yourself or your child constantly putting off tasks, struggling to start projects, and feeling overwhelmed by deadlines? If so, you're not alone. 3. Achieve - Celebrate Your Accomplishments

One of the most significant challenges of chronic procrastination is feeling like you're not making progress. Celebrating your achievements, no matter how small, can fuel your motivation and help you overcome procrastination.

. Break Tasks into Smaller Steps

To create a sense of accomplishment, divide larger tasks into smaller steps. Each time you complete a step, take a moment to celebrate the progress you've made.
